Designation: Process Engineer – Project Commissioning

Experience: More than 04+ Years

Qualification: B.E. Chemical

Key Skill / Job Description:

• Review P&IDs, PFDs, and process documents.
• Support HAZOP, PSSR, DCS FAT, and commissioning activities.
• Develop SOPs and train operating teams.
• Lead startup, water trials, and chemical charging activities.
• Troubleshoot process issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure process safety, quality, and achievement of design capacity.

2) Department: Mechanical Engineering

Designation: Mechanical Engineer – Project Commissioning

Experience: More than 04+ Years

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical

Key Skill / Job Description:

• Review P&IDs, layouts, drawings, and testing procedures.
• Commission and maintain static & rotary equipment.
• Operate and troubleshoot utilities such as cooling towers, chillers, compressors, nitrogen systems, pumps, reactors, heat exchangers, tanks, and columns.
• Prepare commissioning checklists, reports, startup schedules, and RCA reports.
• Support plant startup activities and train maintenance personnel.
