1. Department: Quality Control
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 03 to 05 Yrs
Qualification: B. Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
Key skill or job description:
• Experience in analysis of FP, IP, RM, PV and stability samples and method validation and method transfer.
• Experience of handling of various instruments - HPLC, GC, XRD, Partial size, IR, LIMS.
2. Department: Maintenance
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 04 to 08 Yrs
Qualification: BE / DEE (Electrical / Mechanical)
Key skill or job description:
• Mechanical / Electrical preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of process equipment. Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, electrical panels, E-log. Exposure of handling of software breakdown will be an added advantage.
• Handling breakdown of Utility equipments, ETP, STP. Knowledge of HVAC system, Humidifire and dehumidifier AHU.
3. Department: Quality Assurance
Designation: Officer
Experience: 02 to 06 Yrs
Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm
Key skill or job description:
• Experience in IPQA manufacturing and packing section. Knowledge of SCADA equipment and PAS IX batch records.
• Qualification of Equipment with SCADA, facility and utility and Validations.
• Analytical QA, Review of analytical reports. On line review of chemical and microbiological testing, GLP function, QC instruments with software qualification, Laboratory investigations. Hands on LIMS software, Openlab, LC solution
• Working knowledge of QMS - Production activities, change control, CAPA, incident, deviation, Market complaints.
