Key skill or job description:
- Hands-on expertise in Preparative HPLC purification of API impurities and intermediates.
- Method development, purification, isolation and documentation as per GLP.
- Operate and troubleshoot HPLC, Prep-HPLC and LC-MS systems.
- Fraction collection, solvent evaporation and compound isolation.
- Interpretation of chromatograms and analysis reports.
