Key Skills / Job Description:
- Adverse Event (AE) Case Intake
- Collection, documentation and processing of local AE reports
- Case triage including validity assessment and duplicate checks
- Safety surveillance and escalation of potential safety information
- Case intake within Pharmacovigilance Safety System (PSS)
- Respond to global case processing team queries
- Source document redaction and documentation in PSS
- Perform local quality checks
- Health Authority case downloads where applicable
- Support Drug Safety Operations and Regulatory Compliance
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines
- Medical and clinical knowledge
- Ability to establish proficiency within Pharmacovigilance Safety System (PSS)
