Designation: Senior Professional – Department Lead

Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience for Electrical Engineering OR 6–8 years of relevant experience for Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical Engineering OR B.E./B.Tech – Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control

Job Location: Nandesari, Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Skill or Job Description:

• Lead the Electrical & Instrumentation function of the manufacturing unit.
• Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of E&I systems.
• Handle HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, MCC/PCC, motors, VFDs and protection systems.
• Manage DCS/PLC/SCADA, field instrumentation, control valves, interlocks and automation systems.
• Ensure high plant reliability and minimum equipment downtime.
• Lead shutdown/turnaround maintenance and major E&I activities.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety, LOTO/PTW and statutory requirements.
• Drive RCA, reliability improvement, energy conservation and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Manage E&I contractors, technicians and service agencies.
• Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, EHS and Projects teams for smooth plant operations.
• Lead and develop the E&I team with a strong focus on Safety, Reliability & Continuous Improvement.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Experience in chemical, fertilizer, petrochemical or continuous-process manufacturing will be preferred.
