Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL), a Navratna Public Sector Organization and Group Company of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, has invited online applications for 60 Non-Executive Personnel positions.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Candidates must possess the prescribed 3-year Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline.

For the Production post, B.Sc. with Chemistry as a major subject is also accepted.

Generally, candidates require 60% marks for General/OBC/EWS categories and 55% for eligible reserved categories, as specified for the respective post.


EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification work experience is mandatory for all four advertised positions.

The required experience varies by discipline, including:

Refinery/Petrochemical process operations

Mechanical maintenance

Electrical maintenance

Process-control instrumentation


AGE LIMIT (as on 01 July 2026)

Maximum Age: 30 Years

SC/ST: 5 Years Relaxation

OBC: 3 Years Relaxation

PwBD: Up to 10–15 Years, depending on category

Ex-Servicemen: As per applicable rules


SALARY & BENEFITS

Selected candidates will be appointed in Non-Supervisory Cadre (Grade IV) with IDA pay scale of

₹25,000 – ₹1,05,000

with a starting basic pay of ₹25,000.
