1) Officer-APQR / Chemist - IPQA

Department: Quality Assurance (API)

Designation: Officer-APQR / Chemist - IPQA

Experience: Minimum 2–4 Years

Qualification: UG/PG in Relevant field

Key Skill or Job Description: Preparation of Annual Product Quality Review. CAPA Implementation, compliance and periodic monitoring for effectiveness of CAPA taken against various quality incident/Non conformance. Handling of deviation in Track wise. Carryout non Schedule inspection and it's compliance. Plant round for cGMP compliance (Warehouse, Production including Powder Processing Area, Utility & Quality Control). Customer/Regulatory Audit compliance & its Record. the staffand workmen to keep them up to cGMP requirements. Prepare SOP'S of Quality Assurance. Handling of logbook in New LIMS Software.

2) Technician

Department: Production/PPA (API)

Designation: Technician

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma in relevant field

Key Skill or Job Description: Responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. Follow SOP and adhere to safety and quality standards. To maintain product quality and documentation.

3) Chemist

Department: Production/PPA (API)

Designation: Chemist

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field

Key Skill or Job Description: Charging and monitor the process batches as per SOP / BPCR as applicable with the help of operators / Technicians. Supervise the working of operators / Technicians as per SOP / BPCR. Keep the equipment, utensils, samplers, intermediates, materials, required containers etc with proper status as per SOP.

4) Executive/Chemist

Department: Quality Control (API)

Designation: Executive/Chemist

Experience: Minimum 3–4 Years

Qualification: UG/PG in Relevant field

Key Skill or Job Description: Good knowledge for Chromatographic practices i.e. HPLC & GC chromatography with Chromeleon 7.2 software. Review of HPLC, GC and Non analysis. Handling of Laboratory Incident related to GC & HPLC. Person good knowledge for Investigation of OOS / OOT and CAPA trough Trackwise software. Troubleshooting of Analytical Instruments GC/HPLC Non chromatographic instruments. Experience to Regulatory Audits. Planning for daily routine analysis. Basic knowledge validation (AMV / AMT). Analysis of Chemical & UV, IR, KF and other Non chromatographic instruments. Good knowledge about the ALCOA ++. Person having good knowledge for Handling of Laboratory Incident. Person having knowledge for initiation of QMS like OOS / OOT and CAPA. Basic knowledge of Chemical analysis / Volumetric solutions and its handling.

5) Officer / Technical / Trainee

Department: Engineering (API)

Designation: Officer / Technical / Trainee

Experience: Minimum 3–4 Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Mechanical in AutoCAD

Key Skill or Job Description: Responsible for operation and maintenance of the HVAC System. To Comply the cGMP and safety compliances as per the guide lines. To Maintain the filter cleaning records of HVAC system and review the same. To be prepared and review the SOP/Docsuments and EDMS. To be review and approve the different schedule in New LIMS software and also update the same. To check the balancing of the PP Areas for its desired difference pressure. To conduct/Provide training and take training as and Manual and LIMS. To prepared and activity such as DQ, IQ, OQ etc in EDMS.

6) Executive/Officer

Department: EHS (API)

Designation: Executive/Officer

Experience: Minimum 2–4 Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Industrial Fire & Safety

Key Skill or Job Description: Responsible for monitoring safety system, conducting risk assessments, managing hazardous materials, organizing safety training, and maintaining statutory documentation to promote a strong safety culture.
