• Perform Mass & Energy Balance & other Basic Engineering activities.
• Perform process & Design calculations.
• Preparation of Pump data sheet, PHE, Agitator, Equipment data sheet other Bought out items Datasheets.
• Prepare P & IDs & UFDs.
• Perform Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Activities.
• Preparation of Operation & maintenance manuals.
• Hazop Study.
• Project Execution Experience.
• Engineering of Brewery, Food & Beverages, Malt Spirit plant experience.
• Software FDS development & FAT of Software before commissioning.
• PDS for instrumentation / bought out items / Equipments.
• Conversant with detailed design calculations for Jacketed Vessel, pressure vessels, heat exchanges, tanks etc.
