The company is actively inviting applications for a senior-level position at its state-of-the-art USFDA Formulation (OSD & Sterile) Manufacturing Plant based near Vapi. They are looking to onboard a dynamic leader to lead and coordinate the complete training framework at the plant level.

Designation: Manager / Senior Manager – GxP Training (Site Training Coordinator)
Experience: 12 - 17 years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc / MBA
Key skill or job description:
Job Objective: To manage the site training activities in compliance with training concept at USV, regulatory standards and adopt best practices to increase the effectiveness of training function.
A) Service: 1. To monitor & execute proper implementation of defined training procedure at site (Training Concept at USV) on electronic learning management platform (eLMS). 2. To execute all training activities which include execution, coordination & implementation of planned & unplanned training activities at site. 3. To perform trainee and trainer effectiveness check. 4. To prepare & maintain role curriculum for all departments & their roles.
B) Compliance - Internal Standards & Regulatory Requirements: 1. To ensure completion of role based trainings for new employees before start up job activities. 2. To complete TNID (Training need identification process) process at site on Yearly basis. 3. To prepare & execute annual training plan at site which includes mandatory, technical, EHS & HR trainings at site on Yearly basis. 4. To maintain centralize training data base for site (manual or electronic). 5. To prepare monthly MIS and quarterly presentation on training compliance.
C) People & Organization: 1. To execute & monitor training completion of contractors at site. 2. To maintain training data base for contractors. 3. Effective use of electronic tools for training delivery at site. 4. To deliver on-boarding training on mandatory topics such as GMP, GDP, DI etc.
D) Projects / Continuous Improvement and Cost Optimisation / Ideas to Create Awareness on Quality & Training: 1. To implement /execute training projects as and when allocated by corporate training department. 2. To initiate & submit ideas related to training function for its improvement. 3. To have good understanding on application of AI, LLM and prompt engineering to L&D.
E) Budgetary Work: 1. Yearly budget preparation based on annual training plan and site requirement. 2. Preparation of budget presentation to seek approval from corporate. 3. Monitoring of budget and reporting the progress to corporate training head.
• Functional Skills: Should have experience in pharmaceutical industry, expert in GMP systems, expert in technical training administration.
