Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Skill or Job Description:
Verification of QC instruments & their usage log book entry.
Electronics data reconciliation & audit trail verification of QC instruments.
Online review of analytical reports & logbook.
Test plan review & approval in LIMS.
Online review of QC Laboratory activities.
Handling of Laboratory Deviation, OOS, OOT, and root cause investigation.
2) Department: IPQA – OSD
Designation: Officer/Sr. Officer
Experience: 02 to 08 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Skill or Job Description:
Perform line clearance for dispensing, manufacturing and packaging activities.
Carry out in-process checks and perform IPQA activities in warehouse, manufacturing and packing area.
Online review of BMR, BPR, labels & logbooks.
Check SOP's & cGMP compliances on shop floor.
Carry out process validation, hold time study and protocol.
3) Department: Oral Solid Dosage – Manufacturing
Designation: Officer & Sr. Officer

Qualification: B.Pharm

Exposure to Manufacturing operations like Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule filling & MBR / eBPR / eLog.
SAP/QMS/ERP and handling of 21 CFR compliance machine.
4) Department: Oral Solid Dosage – Packing
Designation: Officer & Sr. Officer
Experience: 0 to 07 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm/B.Sc
Key Skill or Job Description:
Primary Packing & Secondary Packing.
Expertise in e-BPR and e-log will be added advantage.
Handling of 21 CFR compliance machine.
5) Department: Oral Solid Dosage – Mfg. & Packing
Designation: Associate
Experience: 04 to 10 Years
Qualification: 10th, 12th, ITI
Key Skill or Job Description:
Exposure to OSD manufacturing & packing equipment like Glatt, ACG, Fette, Sejong, IMA-PG, BQS, 230XTS, Satellite, HMI/VC, B300 Cartonator, Track & Trace.
Handling of 21 CFR compliance machine.
6) Department: Liquid Dosage (Jelly) – Manufacturing
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Experience: 0 to 09 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm
Key Skill or Job Description:
Liquid exposure in manufacturing & filling machine like sachet.
Handling of 21 CFR compliance machine.
7) Department: Liquid Dosage (Jelly) – Manufacturing/Filling
