• Procurement of API, raw materials, intermediates and chemicals.
• Vendor development and supplier management.
• Sourcing and evaluation of new vendors.
• Price negotiation and quotation comparison.
• Preparation and follow-up of Purchase Orders (PO).
• Coordination with Production, QA, QC, Stores and Accounts.
• Ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements.
• Vendor follow-up for delivery, quality and documentation.
• Maintain purchase records and procurement documentation.
• Support cost-effective sourcing and inventory planning.
