Job Location: Luna, Vadodara
Key Skill or Job Description:
Responsible for process technology transfer from R&D to plant / plant-to-plant.
Co-ordinate with R&D during new development and ensure plant feasibility.
To assess the process for commercialization feasibility and evaluate the process.
Prepare and review process block diagram, process flow diagram and P&ID.
Design and execute equipment / plant modifications with respect to process requirement.
Support scale-up and validation batches in commercial plant.
Evaluate cost improvement opportunities before/after commercialization.
Support solvent recovery and recycling and its improvement to reduce carbon footprint.
Prepare and review required documentation for technology transfer (e.g., scale up report, equipment suitability report, process mapping report).
Support EHS for PHA study, risk assessment/HAZOP and ensure process safety at manufacturing.
Coordinate with QA for deviations, OOS & CAPA with technical justifications and data analysis.
Support production in investigating product failures/deviations and ensure cGMP compliance and QMS.
