Policies, Processes and Procedures: Adhere to standard operating procedures, policies, and instructions for controlled shift operations while keeping abreast of continuous improvement practices.
Operations & Maintenance: Maintain equipment health through regular monitoring (LLF - Look, listen and feel), manage field equipment via SOPs/SOCs, support shift superintendents, handle equipment handovers (PTW/LOTO), collect lab samples, perform gas testing, maintain logs, ensure proper housekeeping, and act as an emergency first responder/Auxiliary Fire Squad member. Knowledge of rotary machine seal systems, compressor lubrication, LO/LC valve status, and instrument field locations is required.
Safety & Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and tool box talks, execute safe operating procedures, report near-miss incidents, and ensure strict compliance with safety guidelines such as IMS, ISO, OMS, PSM, and LOTO procedures.
