1) Designation: DCS Shift Incharge

Section: Splitting & Distillation Operator

Experience: 5–10 years of experience in oleochemicals, distillation or chemical plant operations (distillation section).

Qualification: Diploma or B.E. in Chemical or Mechanical engineering preferred, not mandatory.

Salary: Competitive salary, as per experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor the high pressure splitting and distillation section as per SOP, meeting production targets without compromising quality.

Ensure smooth running of column, reboiler, condenser and associated utilities.

Maintain product quality (oleochemical fractions) and optimize recovery.

Manage manpower, shift activities and safety compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve process upsets and equipment issues.

Coordinate with other sections for continuous operation.

Job Requirements:

Good knowledge of distillation process, column operation, reflux, steam balance, condensers, etc.

Experience leading a team and handling shift operations.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in a 3-shift environment.
