1. Department: QA (QMS)

   Designation: Technical Assistant / Executive

   Experience: 2–8 years

   Qualification: B.Pharm. / M.Pharm.

   Key skill or job description:

• Handling Change Control, including review, CFT review, timely closure and action-plan tracking.
• Preparing QMS trends for Change Control, Deviation and other QMS activities.
• Supporting monthly reviews and Corporate Management Review meetings.
• Preparing and reviewing SOPs for QA and cross-functional departments.
• Participating in investigations of non-conformities, including deviations, market complaints, OOS and OOT, for root-cause identification.

2. Department: QC (Stability)

   Designation: Technical Assistant / Executive

   Experience: 1–5 years

   Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm. / M.Pharm.

   Key skill or job description:

• Receiving, labelling and storing stability samples according to approved stability protocols.
• Maintaining sample segregation and identification in stability chambers.
• Withdrawing samples as per the stability schedule and coordinating with QC for testing.
• Monitoring temperature and relative humidity (RH) of stability chambers.
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDP, ICH, WHO and regulatory requirements.

3. Department: Packaging & Warehouse (Tablets and Capsules)

   Designation: Technical Assistant / Executive

   Experience: 2–8 years

   Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm. / M.Pharm.

   Key skill or job description: Blister packaging, bottle packaging, bulk packaging, secondary line, Track & Trace system, documentation and SAP, dispensing, and raw material / packing material handling.
