Handling liquid/powder filling line operations & changeovers
Line clearance, in-process checks and batch documentation
Ensuring GMP compliance on the shop floor
CIP and SIP operations
Autoclave operations
2) Department: BFS / FFS Operations
Designation: BFS Operators / FFS Operators
Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech. / B.Sc
Key Skill or Job Description:
Operating Blow-Fill-Seal / Form-Fill-Seal machines
Machine set-up, format-parts changeover & troubleshooting
Adherence to SOPs, GMP and safety norms
3) Department: Formulations Production
Designation: Incharge / Executive
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech. / B.Sc
Key Skill or Job Description:
Supervising blending, granulation & encapsulation processes
BMR/BPR review and manpower planning
Coordination with QA/QC for smooth batch release
