Organize and control the Finance & Accounts activities of the Unit to ensure compliance of financial systems and facilitate timely closing of company accounts.

Effectively manage working capital in order to minimize interest cost.

Ensure timely preparation of MIS, financial planning, budgeting, evaluation of Capex and other reports for effective and timely decision-making by Management.

Ensure timely and accurate compliance with various laws and explore and avail all incentives and tax benefits.

Timely preparation and coordination of review of various risks and preparation of effective mitigation plans, ensuring full coverage of risk with minimum premium outgo.

Maintain a congenial work culture through effective management of people to improve productivity, growth and motivation levels of employees and institutionalize best organizing practices in the unit.
