- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for quality and efficiency.
- Batch start-up activity, monitoring
- Calibration of balance
- Review technical documents like batch records, SOPs, BMR, validation protocols, etc.
- Knowledge and exposure of cGMP is must.
2) Department: Quality Control (QC
Designation: Quality Control (QC)
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years of experience in API Industry
Qualification: M.Sc. Organic / Analytical Chemistry / M.Pharma
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Conduct routine and non-routine HPLC, LCMS, Chromatography (HPLC) and GC Chromatography (GC) analysis to evaluate product quality.
- Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications.
- Conduct stability studies and evaluate results for ongoing product quality assessment.
- Follow CGMP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines applicable to the pharmaceutical API industry.
3) Department: Engineering (Maintenance & Utility)
Designation: Engineering (Maintenance & Utility)
Experience: 3 to 8 Years of experience in API Industry
Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting instrumentation and control systems.
- Preparation of SOP, DQ IQ, OQ, and other documentation.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
- Ensuring minimal downtime, and adhering to safety and compliance standards.
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills and experience with GMP practices and documentation
- Operation & maintenance of utilities: boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC
