Qualification: 1st Class Boiler Attendant Certificate issued by the State Boiler Directorate

Preferred Background: 5–6 years of hands-on experience operating AFBC boilers with 10–20 TPH capacity, along with proven experience in handling solid fuel-fired boilers and a strong understanding of AFBC boiler operation and combustion.

Key skill or job description:

• Knowledge of IBR, safety interlocks and emergency procedures, with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues quickly.
• Good command of DCS operation, communication and record-keeping skills, along with teamwork and coordination ability, safety and housekeeping awareness, and willingness to work in shifts and field conditions.
