Job Description
- Lead research and development activities for new agrochemical products and formulations, including insecticides, fungicides and herbicides.
- Develop, evaluate and optimize formulations for efficacy, stability, safety and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, field trials, stability studies and performance evaluations.
- Manage product development from laboratory research through pilot-scale trials to commercial production.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, QA, Regulatory Affairs and Marketing teams for product development and commercialization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain technical documentation, experimental reports, formulation records and product specifications.
- Identify new technologies, raw materials and formulation techniques to improve product performance.
- Troubleshoot formulation and manufacturing issues and support the production team.
- Lead and supervise the R&D team, manage laboratory resources, optimize costs and deliver projects on time.
