Designation: Utility Operator
Experience: 3–5 years.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical.

Key Responsibilities:
Operation, monitoring and maintenance of plant utilities.
Breakdown troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Utility equipment inspection and logbook/documentation.
Compliance with SOPs, safety and cGMP requirements.
Exposure To: Chiller, HVAC, Boiler, Compressor, Cooling Tower, DG, ETP, PW/Water Treatment, Nitrogen and other utilities.

2) Department: Plant Maintenance
Designation: Plant Maintenance Officer / Executive
Experience: 3–5 years.
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical / Electrical.
Work Location: Sinnar, Nashik, Maharashtra.
Preferred: Pharmaceutical/GMP experience and exposure to Krones packaging lines will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of high-speed packaging line equipment.
Troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical breakdowns.
Maintenance of Blow Molder/Coniform, Filler, Labeler, Packer and Palletizer.
Monitor line efficiency and reduce equipment-related rejections/downtime.
Maintenance of plant utilities including HVAC, water treatment, PW generation, compressed air, steam, ETP and electrical distribution.
Equipment qualification, maintenance documentation and shift logbooks.
Spare parts planning and OEM/contractor coordination.
Operation and maintenance of DG, Transformer and VCB.
Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
