Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Growth Promotion Test (GPT), Microbial Limit Test (MLT) & Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET)
- Culture handling, media preparation, swab test and environmental monitoring
- Chemical and wet analysis
- Handling of vertical / horizontal autoclaves and LAF units
- Instrument calibration and validation
- Knowledge of QMS, CCP, CAPA, deviations, EDMS, LMS, HRMS, RCA, investigations and training coordination
2. Department: Production – Packing
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 7–10 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Primary & secondary packing operations and packing machine handling
- Area & equipment cleanliness, including area fumigation
- Camera challenges for bottle, blister & cartoner machines
- Instrument calibration, checkweigher challenges & blister machine force-rejection challenges
- Reconciliation, yield calculation & manpower planning
- Strong knowledge of GDP, GMP, cGMP & ALCOA++
- QMS, SOP preparation, Change Control, CAPA & Deviations
- RCA, investigation handling & training coordination
- Familiarity with EDMS, LMS, Trackwise, LIMS, HRMS & track-and-trace systems
- Knowledge of packing software and instruments
