1) Department: Drug Substance Manufacturing
Designation: Downstream Processing – Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 5–9 years
Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech. / B.Tech. (Biotechnology / Biochemistry)
Key Skills or Job Description:
Responsible for Downstream processing, TFF system, Buffer preparation, mammalian cell culture.
Handling QMS elements like change control, Deviation, CAPA, OOS, OOT for downstream process.
2) Department: Drug Substance Manufacturing
Designation: Upstream Processing – Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 5–9 years
Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech. / B.Tech. (Biotechnology / Biochemistry)
Key Skills or Job Description:
Responsible for Upstream processing, vial revival, seed propagation, Media & Seed preparation, Bioreactors operation.
Handling QMS elements like change control, Deviation, CAPA, OOS, OOT for downstream process.
3) Department: Quality Control
Designation: Bioassay – Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 5–9 years
Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech. / B.Tech. (Biotechnology & Biochemistry)
Key Skills or Job Description:
Responsible for TNF-a neutralization cell-based potency, ADCC and CDC assays, ELISAs, Binding assays.
Experience in cell culture techniques, Potency assays method validation, understanding of dose-response curves, relative potency, assay validity, atypical results and QMS.
4) Department: Quality Control
Designation: Biochemistry – Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 5–9 years
Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech. / B.Tech. (Biotechnology & Biochemistry)
Key Skills or Job Description:
Responsible for analytical method transfer and validation of biochemical lab related testing methods (e.g., Host Cell Protein (HCP), Host Cell DNA (HCD), Residual Protein A (RPA), CE-SDS (Capillary Electrophoresis), SDS, WBT etc but not limited to) for in-process samples and finished products.
