Designation: Trainee Engineer (Process)

Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Key Skill or Job Description:
Engineering & Process
Review project specifications, P&IDs, valve data sheets & client requirements.
Develop interlock schemes, sequence philosophies & interlock logic.
Prepare key exchange / trapped-key sequences.
Select interlock devices, keys, cabinets, SRU, KEU & accessories.
Ensure unique key coding and avoid duplicate key allocation.
Manage PORS, TPD and review valve operator details.
Check compatibility of interlock devices with different valve types & sizes.
Handle ERP related activities.
Exposure to
Support manufacturing & quality departments.
Coordinate with factory & QC for technical inputs and deviations.
Ensure timely completion of critical projects.
Respond to client queries on installation & commissioning.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
6 months to 2 years of experience.
Ability to interpret P&IDs & sound knowledge on pig launcher, receiver & PSVs.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & strong communication skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of valve types and their specification.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in valve industry, especially in mechanical valve interlocks.
