Designation: Lead Process Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5 years in Exploration and Production (E&P), with exposure to onshore and offshore operations.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering. A master's degree in engineering or a specialized degree in an E&P-related subject is an added advantage.
Work Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Key Skills and Job Responsibilities:
Lead the Technical Services department, drive operational excellence and contribute meaningfully to the technical functions of the company.
Support safe and reliable process operations through troubleshooting, capacity enhancement, operational flexibility studies, simulations and Process Safety Management (PSM).
HSE: Lead teams for risk assessment, review HAZOP recommendations, apprise Head CTS, conduct ReSOP observations in the field and correct the behavioural environment. Conduct in-house QRA and review QRA conducted by external agencies.
MIS and Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate and prepare DGH and other regulatory reports in a timely manner.
Collate oil and gas production data from wells and provide the required support for improvement measures.
Collate process data from onshore terminals for problem-solving and debottlenecking.
Management of Change (MOC): Coordinate and guide site-level MOC activities, review proposals, conduct HAZOP, review design and material specifications for new systems and pipelines, and complete the MOC close-out cycle with site teams.
Process Engineering: Support conceptual engineering for minor projects, develop and review P&IDs, coordinate with CoE teams to share technical information related to design, process data and trends, and set up new experiments or review laboratory results.
Audit Compliance: Participate in audits, execute audit recommendations and prepare audit close-out reports.
Technical Support: Coordinate simulation activities using HYSYS, PIPESIM, OLGA, PHAST and other simulation packages.
