- Exposure to batch and continuous process plant operations is mandatory.

- Strong troubleshooting skills with good knowledge of various types of pumps, valves and other field operation activities.
- Good understanding of work permit systems and safety procedures.
- DCS (Distributed Control System) exposure is mandatory.

Key Skills / Job Description:
Chemical Lab:
- Experience in wet lab testing.
- Analytical instruments (GC, GC-MS, UV, KF, pH/conductivity, ion meters).
- Method validation, calibration and reagent preparation.
- Sampling operations (raw and packing materials, intermediate products and finished goods).
Polymer Lab:
- Strong knowledge of polymer testing.
- Plastics processing methods such as injection moulding, compression moulding and extrusion moulding.
