Designation: Senior Executive – Production
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. Chemical Engineering, regular course, with 60% throughout academics
Experience: 3–8 years in Batch Chemical, Specialty Chemical or Polymer Industry
Key Skills:
- Experience in handling hazardous chemicals as a Shift In-charge.
- Experience handling distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers, pumps and related equipment.
- Exposure to safety systems and norms applicable to the process.
- Proficiency in DCS operations.
2. Department: Mechanical
Designation: Senior Executive – Mechanical
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering, regular course, with 60% throughout academics
Experience: 3–8 years in Chemical, Specialty Chemical or Fluoropolymers Industry
Key Skills:
Knowledge of glass-lined equipment, RCVD, reciprocating compressors, rotary equipment, reactors, ANF, dryers, ejectors, ATFD, blowers, heat exchangers, axial flow pumps, graphite equipment, vacuum pumps and mechanical seals.
3. Department: Instrumentation
Designations: Senior Executive / Junior Engineer / Technician
Qualification and Experience:
- Senior Executive: B.E./B.Tech. Instrumentation, 3–8 years of experience.
- Junior Engineer: Diploma in Instrumentation, 3–12 years of experience.
- Technician: ITI-IMCP, 3–6 years of experience.
Industry Experience: Chemical, Specialty Chemical or Fluoropolymers Industry
Key Skills:
- Testing, calibration, troubleshooting and performance analysis of industrial instruments.
- Expertise in various field instruments.
- Knowledge of DCS and Foundation Fieldbus will be an added advantage.
4. Department: Utility
Designations: Senior Executive / Junior Engineer / Technician
Qualification:
- Senior Executive: B.E./B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering.
- Junior Engineer: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Technician: ITI-RFM.
Experience: 3–6 years in Chemical, Specialty Chemical or Fluoropolymers Industry
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of chillers, air compressors, air dryers, nitrogen plants and cooling towers.
- Work exposure to hot oil/hot air generator systems and VAC refrigeration systems.
