Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in production or process operations
Work Shift: Rotational
Reporting To: Shift Incharge (Manager – Production)
Key Skills: Experience in shift operations, process monitoring, troubleshooting, DCS/PLC operations, maintenance coordination and EHS compliance is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plant Operations: Manage shift operations and achieve production targets safely and efficiently.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor process parameters, troubleshoot deviations and ensure product quality.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance activities and improve equipment reliability.
- Safety & EHS: Ensure compliance with safety procedures, environmental standards and EHS requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain operating records, shift reports and standard operating procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Support root cause analysis, 5S, housekeeping and productivity improvement initiatives.
