BDR Pharmaceuticals is inviting applications for Executive / Manager – Domestic Business Development in its API & Pellets business. The company is looking for experienced pharmaceutical sales and business development professionals to develop domestic business, build customer relationships and expand its presence across India.

BDR Pharmaceuticals Hiring for Below Position

1) Domestic Business Development – API & Pellets

Designation: Executive / Manager

Department: Domestic Business

Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years

Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm or MBA

Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow domestic sales of APIs and Pellets across India.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities in the Indian pharmaceutical industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, procurement, R&D and technical teams.
• Generate enquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and convert business.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
• Explore opportunities for new API and Pellet products in existing and new accounts.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical API / Pellets sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of the Indian pharmaceutical industry.
• Existing relationships with Indian pharmaceutical companies.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to convert enquiries into business.
• Willingness to travel across India for customer meetings.
