Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech + Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS/PDIS)
Key skill or job description:
• Ensure compliance with applicable EHS requirements and support successful USFDA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and regulatory audits/inspections.
• Maintain statutory EHS records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct regular plant safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Perform HIRA, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and risk assessments.
• Implement and monitor work permit systems, including Hot Work, LOTO, Confined Space, and other high-risk activities.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective CAPA.
• Track corrective actions and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor ETP operations, hazardous waste management, and statutory environmental compliance.
