Glenmark's Aurangabad facility is a US-FDA approved plant and focused in the manufacturing of Formulations (OSD, Inhaler & Foam) and it serves to both domestic and international markets.

Manager/Sr. Manager - (Site EHS Head)

B.E./B.Tech Engineering or M.Sc. (Environment) with Diploma (ADIS)

Experience: 15+ years (Pharma Ind. preferred)

Salary: at par with the industries.

Job location - Aurangabad, Maharashtra

Position Summary:

1) Leading overall function of Environment, Health & Safety Department at site.

2) To implement and monitor compliance with organizational EHS policy and procedures.

3) To comply and monitor various statutory compliance with respect to EHS Function.

4) Performing Risk Assessment studies such as HAZOP, HIRA, JSA etc.

5) Conducting periodic EHS audit, developing action plan for observed non-compliance and follow up for closure of actions.

6) Implementation of EMS and OHSAS Management system.

7) Design, Develop and Implement EHS training program.

8) Carry out effectively operation & management of effluent treatment plan, Multiple effective evaporators, RO. Establish and comply procedure for Waste Management System.

Leadership / Managerial Attributes:

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills; confident of interacting with all stakeholders, including senior leadership, stakeholder management.

-Highly organized and disciplined self-starter who is able to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver as per the deadlines.

-Ability to work with multiple audiences, while building strong personal networks.

- Exceptional attention to detail; excellent follow-through and delivery.
