Position Scientist II / Executive

Job Location - Gandhinagar (Gujarat)

Job Role:

Material Selection and packaging design of Primary, Secondary and Tertiary pack for new and existing products.

Innovator packs evaluation/Characterization.

Vendor Identification for packaging material and coordination for technical drawing, TDS, Specification and Approval of same,

Change part evaluation with the help of plant production and engineering team. Arrangement of regulatory documents for ANDA submission.

Preparation and approval of specification and STP. 

Preparation of PPMC (Primary configuration) 

Packaging material .

Conducting Transportation trial.

Working on Productivity improvement & Cost saving projects,

Conducting on line packaging trials to analyse the machine ability and subsequent trouble shooting.

Evaluation of New Packing material / samples from New

Supplier Approval of Print proofs, Shade Cards, Multi up Sheets

Received from Supplier.

Handling of EB,CB & Scale up batch.

Change Part development and approval.

Coordinating for FAT and SAT for new machine and mold.
