Job Highlights

Should have good hands in managing day to day production activities & to achieve the monthly production plan

Monitor cycle time & carry out analysis of batch log sheets

Identify bottlenecks & seek solution by discussing with operation team

Support on process improvement & optimization by a way of automation & or other methodology

Work on existing process & suggestions to make it cost effective & efficient

Assist in compliance check audits, cross functional audit etc

Will have to perform various internal audits in plant

Will be a team member for doing hazop, Risk assessment, management of change procedure & must be acquainted with P & ID’s

Must be good in managing documents like SOP & formats, work instructions etc

Requirements

B E or B Tech in Chemical Engineering

3-5 years of experience in chemical industries 

Good communicative skill, MS office
