Job Highlights

Responsible to handle Shift with compliance of Safety standards SOP’s, JSAs and to achieve zero loss time injury in plant.

To meet the production requirement as per shift demand.

Ensure smooth production and do necessary Trouble shooting during the shift.

Coordinate with other service function.

To ensure and sustain the standard product quality as per product specification.

Responsibility of Skill development of sub-ordinates through training & development. 

Provide new ideas and support process improvement activities.

Requirements

B.E/B.Tech Chemical 

4 to 8 Years of experience in Chemical Industry.

Good interpersonal skill & Good communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office

Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
