JOB-DESCRIPTION:

Summary of Job

(Purpose/ objective of the job Department organogram to be enclosed)

To produce products under control as per plan within the budgeted consumption norms of raw materials and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

(Performance Indicators)

Planning the monthly production of the respective plant.

Analyzing the process conditions on regular basis.

Monitoring and maintaining the raw material and utility consumption norms.

Preparation of the monthly and BPR Reports.

Compliance with company’s EHS policy.

To build and execute procedure/system to reduce the production cost, reduction of waste, increasing recycling and re-use.

To ensure RFT level and Zero accidents & Zero Discharged

Audit preparedness and compliance as per the regulatory and Customer requirements.

To ensure appropriate validation activity of the production.

To ensure production as per cGMP.

Reviews of batch manufacturing records. Validation protocols, Reports and Documents.

To Monitor or track batches through ERP (BAAN/SAP)

Ensure that product are produced and stored as per the SOP to get the required Quality.

Review and comply internal audit points.

To control manpower cost

Ensure Heat balance / Mass balance in batch process.

Batch size calculation as per existing equipments.

To conduct HAZOP of new process/product: PSSHER

Monitoring and controlling the yield losses during production process.

Training of shift in-charges and production chemist for smooth functioning and development of the subordinates.

Qualification & Experience

B. Tech (Chemical Engineering) with 4-6 years of experience in Fine Chemical/ Bulk drug / API Plant
