Job Descriptions

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Set up and turnaround of all process equipment in downstream. Calculation of productivity yield (including losses). 

Able to perform COP, CIP and SIP as per the schedule and whenever necessary for all equipments.

Foam cleaning and washing with cleaning chemicals of Manufacturing area as per schedule or whenever necessary�Operation

Operation of mixed bed, chromatographic / SSMB (Simulated Sequential Moving Bed), Polish Bed systems, multiple effect evaporation and Spray Dryer. 

Write and review standard operating procedures and batch production records.

Initiates deviations as needed, reporting and solving problems and issues.

Document and maintain activity records according to cGMP regulations and ensure other team members are trained.

Operate general production equipment such as Analytical Scales, pH/conductivity meters, etc.

Essential Attributes:

Strong proficiency in Microbiology and Engineering principled

Problem Solving / Trouble Shooting

Good documentation skulls

Planning & Time Management

A strong team played

Knowledge on Packaging equipment (bulk packaging)

Working knowledge in SAP

Qualification, Experience and industry: BTech in Chemical Engineering OR Bio-technology with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/nutritional operations
