Position: Executive/ Sr. Executive- QA

Business Unit / Function: Department – QA

Location: Gajraula

Qualification & Experience:  M.Sc Chemistry / B.Pharma with 04-08 Yrs

Key Competencies ( Technical, Functional & Behavioral): 

Good knowledge of cGMP and cGLP practices.

Knowledge of validation process.

Practical experience in documentation as per various audits.

Key Responsibilities (Performance Indicators):


To Coordinate for Internal Audit/Self Inspection plan & its compliance as per IMS, GMP, FSSC 22000

Perform internal audits to verify compliance with the principles of GMP/IMS. Prepare and submit summary of audit findings / audit report.

Plant round to ensure compliance as per

Participate in investigation of customer complaints.


Ensure that retention of various documents, reports and records are as per documented procedures


Review and approval of qualification protocols and reports for equipment

Issue copy of Master Batch Production Instructions to production for batch manufacture & review critical control parameters before release of the batch.

Participate in validation of cleaning procedures in co-ordination with plant personnel

To control Master Batch Production Instructions.

To prepare annual product review data.
