Diploma: 5–7 years (Process equipment troubleshooting & maintenance)
ITI (Fitter / Electrical): 10–15 years (Process equipment troubleshooting & maintenance)
3. Executive / Sr. Executive (Manufacturing/Production)
Education: M.Sc. (Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry)
Experience: 2–10 years
Must Have Skills:
- Upstream biotech fractionation
- Downstream protein purification
- Industrial centrifugation & filtration
- Fill finish operations
Qualification:B. Pharma or M.Sc. (Chemistry / Microbiology)
Experience: 2 to 4 years hands-on experience with analytical instruments, API analysis, and pharma drug product analysis
5.QC Analyst – Executive / Sr. Executive (Quality Control – Biologics / Plasma Division)
Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry
Experience: 2–8 years in QC for Biologics or Plasma Products
Must Have Skills:
- Analytical instruments: UV spectrophotometer, HPLC, ELISA plate reader
- Biologics/Plasma testing
- Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Aseptic processes
6. Executive / Sr. Executive - Human Vaccines Manufacturing – Drug Product
Qualification: M.Sc. (Life Sciences) / B. Pharma / M. Pharma
Experience: 2–6 years
Skills: Fill finish operations, vial washing, sealing, lyophilization, sterile drug product manufacturing
7. Executive / Sr. Executive -Vaccines Quality Control
Qualification: M.Sc. (Biotech / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Chemistry or related fields)
Experience: 1–5 years
Skills: Cell/virus culture, biochemical/microbiology/molecular techniques, raw material testing
7. Executive / Sr. Executive - Vaccines Quality Assurance
Qualification: M.Sc. (Biotech / Microbiology) or B.Tech (Biotechnology)
Experience: 1–5 years
Skills: IPQA, QMS, Deviation/Change Control, CAPA, Validation, Risk Assessments, APQR, CPV.
