1.Position: Officer (QA)

Experience: 3-5 years

Education: B. Pharm/M. Pharm/M.Sc.

Exposure:

• OSD formulation FDA approved facility
• Quality Management System (QMS) experience
• Investigation and review of deviations and incidents of QC
• Review and closure of change control of QC
• Closure of CAPAs of QC
• Checking post-effectiveness of change controls and CAPA of QC
• Trending of incidents, deviations, and CAPA

2.Position: Officer (Production)

Experience: 1-3 years

Education: B. Pharm/M. Pharm/M.Sc

Exposure:

• Exposure to OSD Formulation.
• Ability to handle track and trace activities about packing through QMS.
• Knowledge of PASIX system such as MBR.
• SOP and packing document preparations.
• Review and access the daily packing activities and their documentation.
• Ability to maintain GMP and GDP.
