Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering
- MBA preferred
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in business development or technical sales within the pharmaceutical equipment or process engineering sector
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Identify and engage with potential clients across domestic territories
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
