Position: Shift Safety Officer

Employment Type: Immediate Joiner Required

Location: Plot No. 217, 218, IDA Pashamylaram, Sangareddy 

Experience: 1–3 years

Qualification: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, B.Sc + SBTET Diploma in Industrial Safety

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shift-wise Safety Monitoring

• Conduct safety checks during shift operations
• Monitor hazardous areas (chemicals, flammables)

2. Compliance &

• Enforce safety policies and legal compliance
• Record unsafe acts, near-misses, and incidents
• Maintain safety checklists and logbooks

3. Incident Response & Awareness

• Act as first responder during emergencies
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Promote PPE usage and safety practices

4. Coordination & Communication

• Work with shift teams to ensure safe operations
• Escalate critical safety issues to Safety Manager

Skills:

• Good knowledge of chemical handling and safety procedures
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
