Job Description:
Open Positions: Dy. Manager / Manager.
Qualification: Ph.D. or Master's in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in drug discovery (Biology focus), with at least 1-4 years in Project Management. MBA/PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Skills required:
- Strong understanding of the drug discovery pipeline and integrated biology workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with CROs, biotech, or pharma companies is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end biology-focused drug discovery projects in a CRO environment.
- Manage cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborators, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Facilitate scientific discussions and decision-making across disciplines.
