A.Quality Control (Chemical)
1.Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
- Experience: 2–3 years
- Skills: Raw material analysis, finished product analysis, qualification & calibration of laboratory instruments, SOP preparation, change control, deviation management, knowledge of LIMS, DMS, QMS
2.Sr. Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
- Experience: 4–6 years
- Skills: Same as Officer, with deeper expertise in QC systems and compliance
3.Executive
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 6–8 years
- Skills: Analytical method validation, verification & method transfer, pharmacopeia review, preparation of specifications & SOPs, change control, deviation & investigation, QC sample analysis, documentation in LIMS, fluent in English
B.Production
1.Attendant / Associates
- Qualification: ITI / HSC
- Experience: Freshers or 1–2 years as Machine Operator, OR minimum 2 years handling terminal autoclave, equipment autoclave, garment washing & drying
2.Officer / Sr. Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2–9 years in Injectable Plant
- Skills:
- Handling 21 CFR equipment (autoclave, filling machine, washing machine)
- Isolator cleaning, VHP, glove integrity test, aseptic intervention
- Online documentation (BMR, logbook), GMP & GDP compliance
- Filling, manufacturing, dispensing, filtration, sterilization
- Batch manufacturing, supervision, manpower handling
3.Executive / Sr. Executive
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 3–5 years
- Skills: Batch manufacturing, supervision of ampoule washing, filling, autoclaving, dispensing, documentation in BMR & logbook, manpower handling in shifts
