Designation: Junior Officer - Production
Location: Ambernath, Mumbai, Maharashtra (On-site)
Qualifications and Skills
Education: A minimum of a Diploma in Chemical Engineering is required.
Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on industrial experience in a production or process role within the chemical industry.
Technical Knowledge: Strong operational knowledge of chemical processing equipment and plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Tankfarm Management: Oversee and execute all tankfarm activities, including the safe loading and unloading of tankers, ISO tankers, and Flexi tankers.
- Process Operations: Monitor and troubleshoot various chemical process equipment, such as pumps, heat exchangers, cooling towers, distillation columns, and vacuum systems.
- Reactor Handling: Operate and manage both batch reactors and continuous plants efficiently and safely.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all production processes adhere to safety standards and quality control protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and operational logs.
