1. Production - Injection (Formulation)
Designation: Chemist / Officer / Executive
Qualification & Experience: B.Sc / M.Sc / B Pharma / M. Pharma / ITI with 2 to 10 Years Experience.
Job Description: Require experience in Sterile area manufacturing (Ampoule and Vial), Shift supervision, knowledge of OOS/OOT/CAPA, operation documentation, and machine maintenance/equipment like Autoclave, Washing, Filling, and Sealing Machine, etc.
2. Production - Tablet (Formulation)
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification & Experience: B.Sc / M.Sc / B Pharma / M. Pharma with 4 to 8 Years Experience.
Job Description: Require experience in operation of machinery for Tablet Manufacturing (Granulation, Compression, Coating Machine, BMR/E-Log Book, Blister Packing, and knowledge of machines like BQS, Elmac Machine, Strip Machine, Track & Trace Machine.
3. Quality Assurance (Formulation)
Designation: Officer / Executive
Qualification & Experience: B.Sc / M.Sc / B Pharma / M. Pharma with 4 to 8 Years Experience.
Job Description: Require experience in IPQA (Sterile), Qualification (Sterile), Validation (Internal), Analytical QA, Stability Studies, Regulatory affairs, OOS Investigation (Microbiological), Risk Assessment, Market Complaint, QA Documentation, Exposure in QMS, Deviation, CAPA, etc.
4. Production (API)
Designation: Chemist / Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification & Experience: B.Sc / M.Sc / Diploma Chemical / B. Tech Chemical / ITI with 2 to 10 Years Experience.
Job Description: Require experience and exposure of powder processing like Batch Planning, Manpower handling, Production Batch Manufacturing, knowledge of GMP, GLR, SHR, FBD, RFD, VCUO, STD, JET MILL, MULTI MILL, BLENDER, SHIFTER etc.
5. Engineering (API)
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Qualification & Experience: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil) with 4 to 10 Years Experience.
Job Description: Require engineering experience of mechanical, electrical, break down, trouble shooting, routine repairs and maintenance activities, Plant Maintenance of all API equipment, utility maintenance, Plant Modification, Documentation (DG, IQ, OQ), and Audit faced.
6. Quality Control (API)
Designation: Chemist / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Qualification & Experience: B.Sc / B Pharma with 2 to 10 Years Experience.
Job Description: Require Analysts/Reviewers with experience of API analysis using Lab/Wet/Stability/Instruments like HPLC/GC/LCMS/GCMs, UV Spectrophotometer, Muffle Furnace, pH meter, Calibration, Testing of Micro related things like Microbiology Lab, and Validation protocol.
7. PCE Lab (R&D)
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Qualification & Experience: M.Sc / B Pharma / M. Pharma with 4 to 10 Years Experience.
Job Description: To perform, supervise, and review the analysis for Process optimization 1 cost reduction experiments, Trouble Shooting experiments, and assist production 10A 1QC 1 EHS team for OOS OOT, laboratory 1 market complaints, and major incidents investigation by proven techniques, to transfer analytical method to Ipca 1 QC.
