1) Department & Position: Quality Control (Hormonal – OC / HPD)

Officer / Executive (B. Pharm / M.Sc)

Experience: Min 2 to 6 Years for Officer | Min 8 to 10 Years for Executive

Job Profile:

Knowledge of HPLC/GC/LCMS/ICPMS and other routine instruments of QC and work experience with regulatory compliance organizations (US FDA / EU etc.). Analysis of formulation and stability samples tablets dosage. (In-process/BU/LU/Assay/Dissolution/RS/IOV) RM/FP/IPS, OOS and OOT handling and report writing, Handling of laboratory deviation. Understanding of laboratory instrument software validation and 21 CFR. Analysis of API, intermediate and Raw materials. Knowledge of GLP Section, understanding of laboratory instruments Qualification/Calibrations. Good Knowledge of Analytical method transfer / Method validation / cleaning validation and Pharmacopeia updates.

2) Quality Control (Service Engineer)

Executive (Any Graduate)

Experience: Min 8 to 10 Years

Job Profile:

Maintenance & calibration of lab instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, etc.) Equipment troubleshooting & vendor coordination. Documentation & compliance with GMP/GLP standards. Support audits and train QC analysts. Hands-on experience with pharma QC equipment. Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

3) Quality Control (MDI / DPI)

Officer (B. Pharm / M.Sc)

Experience: Min 2 to 6 Years

Job Profile:

Analysis of Finished product samples Aerosol Products (MDI/DPI). To maintain the instrument usage and maintenance of instruments like UV spectrophotometer, HPLC, GC, Analytical Balance, PH meter, Spray View etc. Having Analytical testing skills to perform the MDI/DPI Products test like Assay, APSD by NGI, DDU, RS, Spray Pattern, FPM, and physical testing etc. Knowledge of HPLC/GC (Chromeleon software) and other routine instruments of QC. Understanding of Data Integrity, GMP, laboratory instrument software 21 CFR.

3) Quality Control (Nasal / Derma)

Officer (B. Pharm / M.Sc)

Experience: Min 2 to 6 Years

Job Profile:

Analysis of Finished product samples Nasal & Derma formulation. To maintain the instrument usage and maintenance of instruments like UV spectrophotometer, HPLC, GC, Analytical Balance, PH meter, Spray View, Spray Tech etc. Having Analytical testing skills to perform the test like Assay, SCU, RS, Spray Pattern, DSD, FPM and physical testing etc. Knowledge of HPLC/GC (Chromeleon software) and others routine instruments of QC. Understanding of Data Integrity, GMP, laboratory instrument software 21 CFR.

4) Production (Hormonal – OC / HPD)

Job Profile:

Knowledge of Granulation M/C.

Knowledge of Compression M/C Fette 3200i.

Knowledge of SAP & Documentation related to Production.

5) Production (Hormonal – OC / HPD)

Executive (B. Pharm)

Experience: Min 8 to 10 Years

Job Profile:

Overseeing end-to-end training processes & act as Training SME for the department. Hands on working experience in handling of SABA training application. Preparing TNI (Training Need Identification) for new joiners & draft Job Description aligned with department Roles & Responsibilities. Handling of SAP and Documentation. Knowledge of shopfloor process of Production area. Knowledge of SAP application related to Production.

6) Production (Hormonal – OC / HPD)

Associate (ITI / D. Pharm / B.Sc)

Experience: Min 2 to 10 Years

Job Profile:

Experience in Granulation Machine operation. TRV machine (Turbo Rapid variable Drive) Make: Geo, Faw wrap machine operation. Experience in Fette compression machine operation (Preferably Fette 3200i).

7) Packing (Hormonal – OC / HPD)

Associate (ITI / D. Pharm / B.Sc)

Experience: Min 2 to 10 Years

Job Profile:

Responsible for operating & troubleshooting of Bottle Packing Line of following primary machines. Countac Make machines of primary bottle packing area (e.g. machines like Counting Machine, Rotary capping Machine, Silica Inserter m/c, Sblotix Inserter, Checkweigher & Metal Detector etc.). Performing challenge tests & in-process of primary bottle packing line. Good knowledge of cGMP & GDP.

8) Production (Derma / Nasal)

Associate (ITI / D. Pharm / B.Sc)

Experience: Min 2 to 10 Years

Job Profile:

Operate the filling activity for Nasal / Topical Formulation. Knowledge of filling equipment like Derma / Nasal filling machine i.e. Bottle filling and capping machine (Make: PKB), Sofbag filling machine (Make: Marchesini), Tube Filling Machine (Make: NORDEN and IMA-PG).

9) Production (Derma / Nasal)

Officer / Executive (B. Pharm)

Experience: Officer: Min 2 to 6 Years | Executive: Min 8 to 10 Years

Job Profile:

Supervise the Manufacturing, Filling activity for Derma & Nasal Formulation. Knowledge on filling equipment’s like Master plant 1000kg (make: ADAM) Filling machine i.e. Bottle filling and capping machine (Make: PKB), Sofbag filling machine (Make: Marchesini), Tube Filling Machine (Make: NORDEN and IMA–PG), Nasal Filling machine (Make: DARA). Oversee the Manufacturing and filling process of pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
