Lupin is seeking a dedicated and experienced Research Associate to join the Large Molecule Bioanalysis Center (LBC) team in Pune. This role is critical for the development, validation, and execution of bioanalytical assays supporting our large molecule and biosimilars pipeline.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Required: Master's degree in Biotechnology or Post Graduation in Microbiology.
Work Experience:
- Proven experience with PK/PD/Immunogenicity (ADA/NAb) assay development, method validation, and study sample analysis for Biosimilars and Large Molecules.
- Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience with ELISA and MSD assays.
- Prior work experience in a regulatory environment (e.g., GLP/GCP/GDP) is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for executing and supporting the full lifecycle of bioanalytical assays for large molecules, ensuring all activities meet strict regulatory standards.
- Method Development & Validation: Apply in-depth knowledge to the method development and method validation of large molecule assays for Pharmacokinetic (PK) analysis, Pharmacodynamic (PD) endpoints, and Immunogenicity assays (Anti-Drug Antibodies - ADA and Neutralizing Antibodies - NAb).
- Sample Analysis: Conduct analysis of clinical study samples essential for regulatory submissions.
- Assay Expertise: Utilize expertise in developing advanced ADA and NAb assays, including techniques such as competitive LBA (Ligand Binding Assay), SPEAD (Surface Plasmon Resonance Enhanced Detection), and ACE (Affinity Capture Elution).
- Instrumentation: Demonstrate extensive hands-on experience with critical bioanalytical instrumentation, specifically the ELISA Reader and MSD (Meso Scale Discovery) platform.
- Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with internal departments and external providers to facilitate bioanalytical work.
- Troubleshooting: Possess strong knowledge of troubleshooting for analytical instruments and assay failures.
