As part of this initiative, Reliance Solar PV is inviting applications from eligible students for On-the-Job Training (OJT) and direct hiring opportunities across core engineering branches.
Eligible Disciplines:
Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation & Control, Plastic, Computer Engineering, and Information Technology.
Program Highlights
Engagement Types:
- On-the-Job Internship for final semester students
- Direct Hiring for Diploma & Engineering Graduates-FTE Program with Structured Career Progression
Eligibility (Key Criteria):
- Minimum 55% aggregate
- No active backlogs
Selection Process:
- Online Registration: Eligible students must register using the link below.
- Online Technical Test: Registered students will receive an email invitation for the test.
- Panel Interview (Technical + HR): Those who clear the test, will be called for an interview and document verification.
- Pre-Employment Medical: Selected candidates will undergo a medical examination.
- Final Selection: Shortlisted students will be informed about the final outcome in due course.
