Job Summary
As a Frontline Officer - Logistics (Exports), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of outbound logistics and supply chain operations for our chemical products destined for export markets. This challenging role requires a proactive approach to ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant export processes.
Education: B.E./ B.Tech in any Engineering discipline or MBA (SCM)
Experience: 5 - 9 years of relevant experience
Job Location: Bharuch, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
Oversee dispatch scheduling, monitor vehicle movement, and manage reverse logistics to maintain operational continuity.
✅ Coordinate closely with sales and plant teams to enable timely deliveries.
✅ Monitor GPS tracking and conduct detailed performance analysis, including transporter performance.
✅ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, while maintaining road-worthy vehicles.
✅ Manage vendor registration and evaluation while building relationships that support cost-effective freight solutions.
✅ Oversee inventory control, freight payments, and ensure incident-free logistics operations.
✅ Lead continuous driver training initiatives to strengthen safety and operational reliability.
