About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented International Business Development Manager (Assistant General Manager level) to drive growth in the European, Australian, and New Zealand markets. This pivotal role involves leading the entire business development cycle, from strategy design to agreement execution, and managing key client relationships. If you have a proven track record in pharma out-licensing and a desire to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Drive out-licensing deals across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Strategy & Execution: Structure, negotiate, and execute complex commercial agreements.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow ongoing business relationships with existing clientele.
- Portfolio Management: Design the product portfolio for the region and monitor in-house product development and registration activities.
- Operational Oversight: Take ownership of administrative, supply chain, and operational issues, ensuring smooth execution from order generation to payment receipt.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in international business development within the pharmaceutical industry ,
- Proven expertise in out-licensing, contract negotiation, and strategic business planning.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Life Sciences).
